Pilot Flying Around With Iced Coffee On Roof Wondering Why Everyone Waving At Him

Yellow airplane in blue sky, flying above clouds with a ship and drink cup below. Bright, surreal scene.

LANDSDOWN AIRPORT Pilot, Russell Hutchins, was seen flying around the sky with a large artisanal iced coffee on the roof of his plane, after reportedly placing it there when climbing into the aircraft quickly forgetting about it.

“We flew by 4-5 times waving at him after seeing the iced coffee but he just waved back like he was in a parade,” said passenger jet pilot Christie Williams as she looped back to flash her high beams at him.

Russell reportedly took off from Landsdown Airport at 8:00 EST where airport workers were seen chasing his plane waving and yelling after seeing the coffee and has been flying with the cup of joe for over 5 hours now.

Russell continued his joy ride as dozens of jets waved and beeped at him where he seemed to become annoyed at the influx of commotion.

“I flew up behind him a few times beeping but he just beeped back and flipped me off. It was pretty clear he was clueless,” said pilot Charlston Pews as he recounted seeing the iced coffee temporarily lift into the air when Russell hit turbulence but miraculously land back on the roof upright.

Coffee shop owner, Westerly Rhododendron, was excited for some free press and weighed in saying Russell ordered the coffee from his shop that morning.

“Our coffees are 100% spill proof because of the special gravity beans we use,” said Westerly as he made up facts on the fly, “we pride ourselves on making sky proof coffees that can withstand flights on the roof of planes for millions of miles without spills. Stop by today for a fresh cup and use promo code SKYCUP for a free gravity bean!”

Russell was seen landing back at Landsdown Airport at which point the coffee splashed down onto his windshield while Westerly’s gravity bean claim was called into question by customers.
